Blue cubes

The cubes that some of you have and some of you will find outside your studio doors, are the embodiment of you within the seated area i.e. the haphazard arrangment of white chairs used for the last 14 weeks of the Tuesday meetings.
I will emphasize that the cubes are you, what you feel, what you think, what you are and what you want within the confines of the collaboration.
You have total freedom to do what you would like to do with them but if you could think about it prior to Tuesday and hopefully give me some indication, it may help with the planning of whether or not it will be possible to link the cubes.  I have done various forms of linkage on the drawings but the sculpture/installation is still fluid in some respects.  All that will change next week when I will have to ask for the cubes back.  For that I apologise but  I was not able to get them any sooner.
Your names will be near the cube, when the sculpture becomes a form, I hope!
The will be a small cost for dowelling and the payment for the blue foam I am not quite sure how much yet but the blue foam was £20.

  1. I've finally managed to get into the blog after losing my password. As it is now Monday, I shall probably not be able to do something with the cube before tomorrow night. I was a little confused by the end of the post. Are you asking us to contribute to the cost of the foam / materials for this piece?

  2. After discussion we all decided that each person would finance whatever they chose to do and if in the future something that required a budget was created it would be decided at the beginning of the project. This was something that had never been discussed, so I was happy that the subject was discussed.
